This is Helios He and I am now working for Coast Foundation Society in Vancouver.

Coast is a leading community healthcare service provider for people with mental illness and it has programs such as community homes and supported housing for people to live with 24*7 care or independently, drop-in center providing socializing opportunities together with food, laundry and computer services, clubhouse and employment services helping members to rehabilitate and return to society.

As part of the post-accreditation efforts to continuously improve service quality, I am here to develop a performance measurement system using balanced scorecard approach and help to implement it in the organization. Applying Drs. Robert Kaplan and David Norton's balanced scorecard approach to non-profit industry, especially in the mental illness healthcare area, is a challenging job as there aren't so many applications in this specific field in the past, but I am very excited to explore this field and help Coast to be more successful in future.
